“Gordon was here late afternoon on Dec 3 to diagnose and at least temporarily get the furnace heating until the landlady could be consulted. He persevered for 1.5 hours and got it running briefly, but it failed again just after he left. After talking with the landlady, repair was scheduled for Dec 6. Kory did the work quite efficiently and professionally. He was very informative about the rerouting of drain pipes to bypass the motor, which he had found full of water. For the record, I didn't suffer too much while waiting. A space heater and the oven kept me comfortable. Thanks to Cool Techs, though, I am effortlessly warm again!”
